Did Donald Trump Commit Treason?

What is Treason?
On January 28, 2021, Jeannie Suk Gersen wrote an article for the New Yorker called “Did Trump and His Supporters Commit Treason? She initially commented “Few events in American history have matched the Framer’s definition as clearly as the insurrection of January 6th. For years, Carlton F. W. Larson, a treason scholar and law professor at the University of California, Davis, has swatted away loose treason accusations by both Donald Trump and his critics. Though the term is used to describe all kinds of political betrayals, the Constitution defines treason as one of two distinct specific acts: levying War against the United States or adhering to our enemies and giving them aid and comfort.” According to Larson, the attack on the Capitol and the rioters attempt to stop the certification of the election clearly could be interpreted as “levying war.” This article explains to American voters, how Trump also was adhering to our enemies.

Treason is considered the topmost criminal offense in the United States – and for that matter in almost any country worldwide. It threatens the possibility of the death penalty. Larson goes on to say “the Framers (of our Constitution) had a very specific image in mind – men gathering with guns and marching on the seat of government. Few events in American history, if any, have matched that description as clearly as the insurrection of January 6th. . . “

In addition, the Fourteenth Amendment, Section 3 was written to specifically “bar from holding public office anyone who took an oath to support and defend the Constitution and then ‘engaged in insurrection against’ such an oath.” (ibid).

Trump’s History of Treasonous Acts
Vladimir Putin intends to destroy our democracy from within – and he is succeeding. The tools used to achieve his goals include hatred, violence, insurrection, antisemitism, cyberattacks, inflation, isolationism, propaganda, and others. His ally in these tasks has been Donald Trump.

For Putin, the Cold War never ended – and has continued to this day. While Gorbachev signed agreements with the U.S. saying the Cold War was over, the U.S. did not honor this agreement. Among the many infractions, we have allowed NATO to expand further east and closer to Russia’s borders. NATO was created soon after WWII to establish a balance of world order and the enormous land mass known as the Soviet Union and the Eastern Bloc countries. When the Soviet Union fell apart in the early 1990s, many Russians – including a little-known KGB spy named Vladimir Putin blamed the West and especially the United States. His hatred of the U.S. was instilled at a young age and continued to flourish after Putin became the President of Russia in 2000. In 1997 a book was published in Russia named The Foundations of Geopolitics. Putin was believed to be the ghost writer of this 600+ page book which outlines establishing new military exercises/protocols after the fall of communism, restoring Russia’s glory days of the Soviet Union, exterminating Ukraine, and penetrating western powers such as the U.S., Britian, France, Germany, and others. Most issues explained in this book have been realized as of 2023.

Putin’s was raised in a small apartment in St. Petersburg, Russia. His childhood dream was to be a KGB spy. His first espionage assignment was in East Berlin (he speaks fluent German), where he perfected his spying skills by entrapping vulnerable western men using prostitutes and using Hitler’s methods of mass-mind manipulation and brainwashing. He later returned to a government assignment in St. Petersburg, and then was designated by President Yeltsin to be his Prime Minister which meant he was next in line to be the second Russian President.

By 2000, Putin assumed his role as President of the Russian Federation. He immediately began his campaign against the United States. Microsoft researched cyberattacks into the U.S. and proved that 58% or more of all U.S. hacking comes from Russia. Their interference includes our elections and polls, our banking/financial systems, our consumer supply and product chains, our gas and oil businesses resulting in much higher prices at the pumps, and other high security computer and network systems of the U.S. Government. The U.S. has now been drawn into two major wars – a huge financial drain for a country already operating with a $30B deficit and a Congress who cannot manage the federal budget. In November 2023, our entire government is about to stop operating. Was Putin and Russia involved in this financial devastation of our country – you bet!

Trump on the other hand had been involved with communism long before Putin took office. In 1977, he married Ivana Zelnickova, a 28-year-old Czechoslovakia model and a citizen of a communist country. In the 1970’s, citizens of ALL Soviet-controlled countries were not allowed to travel abroad – unless they were KGB. This meant that as a communist KGB spy, Ivana was required to report all foreign contact on a weekly basis. If Trump married Ivana in 1977, information had been collected about him. These files were shared among all Soviet countries, so Moscow also had reports on Trump as far back as this timeframe.

In 1986, Trump sat next to Russian Ambassador Dubinin at an Estee Lauder event. Dubinin invited Trump to come to Russia – which he did in 1987. At this time the KGB was in the throws of a new campaign to recruit more Americans. They used flattery, money, and prostitution to lure contenders - and Trump was an ideal applicant. “As far back as 1987, Trump mentioned that he was considering a run for the U.S. Presidency. The Russians were thrilled.” (Company Intelligence Report: U.S. Presidential Election. Republican Candidate Donald Trump’s Activities in Russia and Compromising Relationship with the Kremlin, 20 June 2016). This report goes on to say that in 1990, Trump met several Russians (Tefhigriniskiy, Sapin, Kislin, Agalarov, and Shvets) and together they formed a U.S.-based real estate firm called Bayrock which was housed in a Trump Tower in Manhattan – one floor below Trump’s corporate offices. This was not a coincidence. These men were all KGB agents and as usual reported weekly to Moscow.

By 1990, Trump’s businesses in the U.S. were in financial trouble and U.S. banks refused to loan him money due to his four bankruptcies. Did the Russians bail him out? The Trump Tower in SoHo (New York City) was bankrolled by Russians and his tax records show many multi-million-dollar real estate transactions with Russians moving into Trump-labeled buildings in Florida.

Trump begins to travel to Moscow more often, and even attended the grand opening of the Beverly Hills nightclub, casino, and restaurant located in a tall and statuesque Stalin building. (The author’s daughter Lize managed this joint venture). The Russian owner was Moscow’s Mayor Yuri Lyushkov and the American owner was Chuck Norris, the American movie star. This club was well known for its dangerous corruption, naked women, and famous faces.

When a foreigner stays in a luxury hotel in Moscow – or any hotel where foreigners are allowed – he/she is put in a room with spying devices. There are cameras and microphones used by the KGB/FSB to compromise businessmen or to acquire photos of men with prostitutes – who knock on the door or call that room all night. Since Trump has a history with “professional women” chances are high that he was compromised in a typical Russian spy trap – a very common practice there.

Under Trump’s leadership – or lack thereof – our country was not operating as a democracy, but more like a dictatorship. Mitt Romney commented on the level of fear used in Trumpism. Senate Republicans were so afraid of Trump’s wrath that almost all of them refused to vote against Trump. During the 2020 election, those who did not agree with Trump were exposed to horrific threats including the beheading of their children. This is exactly how the Russian government operates. The DUMA has over 400 elected officials, but zero percent would consider voting against Putin, knowing that they or a member of their family could be murdered. Do you see the comparison? In fact, the DUMA has elected Putin as the President of the Russian Federation until 2034. Trump, with his total control of the Republican Party and Congress, could have attempted this same maneuver in the United States. He still may do this!!

The similarities between Trump’s form of leadership as our President, and the dictator Putin are not just similar but identical in many ways. When a leader rules by instilling fear in elected officials so they do as he wishes, it is considered a dictatorship and not a democracy.

Did Trump commit treason during his time in office or afterwards? In the opinion of this author, he not only committed treason but was under the direction and control of President Putin – and probably still is!
